The Full payment should be deposited at the Bank within 03 working days from the date of booking and notify the reservation officer over the phone. If the payment is not made within 03 Working days, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation of Bookings
- In case of change of original reservation with a prior notice of 10 days in writing or through an e-mail, re-booking could be offered within a period of following 20 days from the original date of reservation depending on the availability of the Resort.
- In case of cancellation of original reservation without prior notice of 10 days in writing or e-mail, the management will treat the booking as permanently cancelled.
Facilities not provided at the site
- No internet facility available.
- Foodstuff and liquors are not available even for cash purchases at site.
- Management will not be responsible for organizing foodstuff or liquor during your stay at the site.
Check-in & Check-out time
Visitors are strictly advised to follow the check-in and check-out time to avoid any unpleasant situation.
Arrival – Check-in time – 12.00 noon.
Departure – Check-out time – 12.00 noon.
Any delay in check-in time by the visitors, the management will not be taking any responsibility.
Visitors are advised to be familiarized with the road directions, prior to visiting. Any assistance required in this regard please contact the reservation office from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. during week days and on Saturdays 8.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon.
